My responsibilities have included setting up user roles and permissions, integrating the ATS with job boards and social media platforms, and creating job posting templates. Additionally, I have tracked key recruitment metrics and generated reports to support informed hiring decisions. Providing training and support for users has ensured smooth operation, while compliance with data protection regulations has been a priority. Effective administration of an ATS has significantly enhanced the efficiency and organization of the recruitment process, making it an invaluable tool for staffing agencies.
